{"id":688,"date":"2019-10-07T17:29:14","date_gmt":"2019-10-07T15:29:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eduxedu.focolare.org\/?p=688"},"modified":"2019-10-07T17:30:37","modified_gmt":"2019-10-07T15:30:37","slug":"eduxedu-lands-in-japan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eduxedu.focolare.org\/en\/uncategorized\/eduxedu-lands-in-japan\/","title":{"rendered":"EDUxEDU lands in Japan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the first time the EDUxEDU project makes a stop in Japan in the cities of <strong>Nagasaki<\/strong> and <strong>Tokio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>More than <strong>50 participants<\/strong> with different points of views involved themselves with the common desire to accompany children and teenagers even better on their path of growth.<\/p>\n<p>The<strong> promotion and protection of the well-being of minors<\/strong>, the<strong> upbringing in the perspective of the Charisma of Unity<\/strong>, the<strong> education on interiority<\/strong> and the <strong>educational value of games<\/strong> were the chosen topics that were elaborated more in-deph \u00a0through a participatory method that united theoretical reflection and lived experiences, giving life at an enriching exchange between all on local educational challenges.<\/p>\n<p>In both cities there was an afternoon of games happening afterwards, which was open to the families of the community and in which participated more than 30 children. It was a special occasion to get to know each other and to have fun experimenting on the field.<\/p>\n<p>Here are two short impressions:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve understood the profound value of games. I told my kids before \u201cgo play games\u201d, now I recognise the importance of finding the time to play with them.\u201d (Young non-Christian mother, Nagasaki)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChildren have an important mission: Conquer the world!
